Our CNC machine shop runs 18 machines across 3 and 5-axis platforms, operating two shifts to provide capacity and responsiveness. We programme in-house using Mastercam and hyperMILL, with full simulation to minimise first-article lead times.
We specialise in aerospace-grade aluminium alloys (2024, 6082, 7075), titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), stainless steels (15-5PH, 17-4PH), Inconel 718 and a range of engineering plastics including PEEK and Vespel.

We build mechanical and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies as complete kits to customer specifications. Our assembly area includes a Class 100,000 clean room for optical assembly and bonding operations.
Assembly capabilities include press-fitting, riveting, bonding (Redux and epoxy), helicoil insertion, torque-controlled fastening and functional test.
Our NADCAP-accredited surface treatment facility operates alongside the machine shop, reducing lead times and maintaining quality control from raw material to finished part.
Every part we manufacture is fully inspected and traceable. Our temperature-controlled inspection laboratory is equipped to handle the most demanding dimensional and surface quality requirements.
